Finished reading The Night Angel Trilogy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Night_Angel_Trilogy) a great three books of fiction by author Brent Weeks. The blend of violence, romance, sex, magic, and political intrigue were really something to behold, and through it all I found myself listening to Flying Lotus play on my headphones. The experience lit a fire within me, got the creative juices flowing. Since then some nice instrumentals and Microsoft Word are all I need to spawn stories buried deep within my consciousness.
The question I want to ask is, what is it about music that spark the fires of creativity?
Depends on the tunes. At times you can be lifted back to when you first heard the song or it can remind you of a movie or a moment in life. Music is very powerful...
